Inert alumina ceramic balls are made of very high-quality chemical ceramic clay materials. According to the different Al2O3 contents, filler ceramic balls are divided into: ordinary ceramic balls, inert ceramic balls, medium aluminum balls, high aluminum balls, 99% alumina balls, activated alumina ceramic balls, porous ceramic balls, microporous ceramic balls, and thermal storage ceramic balls.

Inert alumina ceramic ball's Characteristics

Application
Inert alumina ceramic balls are widely used as the covering or supporting media of the catalyst in the reactors and tower packing in many fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, natural gas and environmental protection etc. The main role is to buffer the impact of liquid and gas to the catalyst in the reactor, protect the catalyst and improve the distribution of liquid and gas in the reactor.
Petrochemical industry
Used in catalytic cracking units as a supporting material for catalysts, promoting efficient cracking of crude oil macromolecular hydrocarbons into products such as gasoline and diesel.
Fertilizer production
As a reactor filler, it enhances the uniformity of gas or liquid distribution and ensures the stability of chemical reactions such as ammonia synthesis.
Environmental protection field
In strong acid environments such as sulfuric acid production, it serves as a supporting material to resist corrosive media and maintain the normal operation of equipment.
