1. Good smoothness/flatness to be 0.01mm and with min. warpage, bending, and undulation
2. Heat resistance and high-temperature resistance up to be 2000ºC under the vacuum atmosphere
3. Alumina offers diamond-like hardness, so it results in super wear-resistance than all metals
4. Physical and chemical properties are stable even in almost all strong acid and alkali conditions
5. Both high thermal conductivity and coefficient of thermal expansion are similar to that of silicon.
6. Excellent electrical insulation properties, high dielectric breakdown voltage, it's fit for electrical insulators
7. It's anti-aging and resistance against oil in various environments which is not rusted forever.

Alumina Ceramic Lining Tileis a cost-effective and widely used material in the family of technical ceramics. Alumina has been developed and optimized for maximum wear resistance and corrosion resistance. A high density, diamond-like hardness, fine grain structured and superior mechanical strength are the unique properties that make it the material of choice for a wide range of demanding applications.
Alumina ceramic has used similarly to cast basalt but it has greater resistance to wear in high-velocity applications and impact resistance in extreme dynamic systems. So it's a preferred material for producing ceramic liner which can be bedded and jointed in cement or special bonding agents, like epoxy.
