Unlike small mosaic alumina tiles that require individual splicing on-site, ceramic rubber composite boards are completed as a whole prefabricated panel after high-pressure and high-temperature vulcanization molding in the factory. By relying on high adhesion adhesives and vulcanization processes, square alumina ceramic blocks are firmly embedded in natural rubber substrates, effectively avoiding ceramic detachment under long-term material impact.
Our Huao's products are equipped with three grades of alumina (92%, 95%, 99%) to match different levels of wear severity: the 92% alumina version is used for medium wear dry powder conveying, the 95% grade is used for high impact chute lining of ore and clinker, and the 99% ultra-high purity customized specification is used for corrosive chemical slurry pipelines. The standard size ranges from 200 × 200mm to 600 × 600mm, while the size range of the embedded ceramic parts inside is 10 × 10mm to 100 × 150mm. The ceramic thickness can be adjusted according to the actual impact load of the customer. This product supports two structural options: ceramic+rubber double-layer or ceramic+rubber+steel three-layer, for customized spherical convex and curved surface panels on irregular equipment inner walls.

1. High wear resistance and impact resistance
The wear resistance of alumina ceramics is hundreds of times higher than that of manganese steel lining, while the middle rubber layer buffers the instantaneous impact of bulk ore, coal, and clinker falling. Pure ceramic lining is prone to overall cracking under concentrated heavy impact, while a single rubber lining will be rapidly worn by sharp mineral particles; Our composite material structure avoids these two defects and achieves a stable service life of 3-4 years under continuous production conditions, which is 4-6 times longer than traditional metal lining plates.
2. Chemical stability
Natural rubber matrix is resistant to aging within the working range of -40 ℃~120 ℃, and dense inert alumina bricks are not corroded by acids, alkalis, and slag generated during the transportation of cement clinker and chemical raw materials. Composite panels can work stably in high-temperature sintering plant slag tanks and low-temperature open port bulk cargo equipment, eliminating frequent lining aging and failures caused by extreme environmental fluctuations.
3. Light load
The total bulk density of the finished composite board is only half of that of the cast steel lining. Replacing the original heavy-duty steel lining can effectively reduce the dead load on the hopper, fan, and conveying pipeline, reduce additional mechanical fatigue on the equipment support frame, and lower the long-term power consumption of the transmission system.
