In heavy industries such as steel, electricity, coal, and cement, material conveying equipment has long faced serious wear and tear caused by material erosion and friction. High maintenance costs and significant downtime losses have always been industry pain points. 92% alumina ceramic tiles are mainly made of AL2O3 as the main raw material, which is formed by dry pressing and isostatic pressing, and fired at high temperature. The Rockwell hardness is HR85. The sides of the tiles are chamfered and then precisely cut into the desired shape in a green state. This ensures minimal gaps between tiles, reduces tile wear, eliminates debris, is wear-resistant and impact resistant, facilitates construction, and effectively extends the service life of various equipment and vulnerable parts.
