Products Description
Products manufactured by tabular alumina have lots of advantages, such as anti-erosion, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life, so the product is the better raw material of refractory materials and abrasives industry, used in engineering equipment for many industries, such as metallurgy, ceramic, building material, etc.
Tabular alumina, a kind of white particle or powder, is manufactured by α-alumina powder which be grinding ball and sintering at high temperature. The market feature as below: good thermal stability performance; high purity, complete crystallization.
These shows three sizes of tabular alumina, including 1-3mm, 3-6mm, 0-1mm. And you can see the former two have obvious larger particle, 0-1mm still looks powdery but already has some graininess. All of these have white apperance, and the bulk density are not less than 3.5g/cm3.

Production Process
pRODUCTION DETAILS INTRODUCTION
The raw α-alumina balls are put in storage tank, through milling by ball mill machine, made into different grain size, then they're transported into storage tank. And then they're put into a ball forming machine, through the conveyor belt into the drying bin drying, after high temperature burning in the kiln to form mature tabular balls. These balls will be selected by workers, qualified balls will enter the next crushing process, according to different customer requirements, finally broken to form different particle size of TA.
