The Rockwell hardness is HR85. The sides of the tiles are chamfered and then precisely cut into the desired shape in a green state. This ensures minimal gaps between tiles, reduces tile wear, eliminates debris, is wear-resistant and impact resistant, facilitates construction, and effectively extends the service life of various equipment and vulnerable parts.
92% alumina ceramic tiles has excellent properties such as high strength, high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, and is therefore widely used in steel, electricity, coal, cement and other materials handling equipment inside and outside the surface.
