The Alumina Ceramic Lining is a high-performance abrasion and impact resisting linings for high-impact, high-pressure applications in which ceramic tile may not have sufficient structural resistance, and high-performance rubber may not offer the required wear life. Mainly containing two contents of linings: 92%, 95%. It has over 92% alumina materials, over 82 hardness, far higher than the market low quality products.
There are all kinds of shapes for instance square shape, rectangle shape, trapezoid and some special shape. It is an ideal wear-resistant materials for wear resistant grinding equipment such as oil, chemical, mine, steel and electricity industry.
Alumina ceramic lining is a good liner for mineral equipment, which can be used in cyclone, pipe, bend, discharge,ball mill, etc. Including 92%, 95% and ZTA series products, alumina ceramic wear-resistant lining can instead of Mn-steel and other wear resistand liner and extend the life of machine.
According to the installation method, ceramic linings can be divided into adhesive ceramics, weldable ceramics, dovetail ceramics, impact-resistant ceramics and ceramic-rubber composites .If you look for high wear resistance and better corrosion resistance, the best choice is 95% alumina linings, it would exceed your expectations.
Advantages
Alumina ceramic lining is maily used in high temperature machine or tubes liners to protect them from wearness, to reach the purpose of extending the life of machine. It has many advantages as follows:
High hardness
The rockwell hardness of linings' surface is HRA80-90, which can resist high-impact test, high-pressure test and perform well. Ceramic-rubber composites are suitable for conveying bulk materials below 150 ℃, especially for conveying pure soft bulk materials, and can withstand large impacts.
Good wear resistance
Due to high hardness, the linings have excellent wear resistance and low wear loss, which are all helpful to protect the machine and reduce maintenance. Impact-resistant ceramics are the first choice for wear protection of bulk material conveying systems below 800℃, especially suitable for mixtures of hard bulk materials and powdered materials.
Good heat resistance
The linings can withstand high temperature, not easy to deform, and not easy to dissolve after sintering, so it can keep stablity at high temperature. Weldable ceramics are used to convey larger particle powders or slurries below 800 degrees Celsius, while dovetail ceramics are suitable for wear protection of high-temperature or dynamic equipment below 800℃.
Light weight
Single lining is very light, and the volum usually is not big, so it is convenient for workers to install it. It has good sealing, which can effectively prevent leakage and protect the pipeline. Adhesive ceramics have a very high cost-effectiveness and are the first choice for wear protection of pneumatic conveying equipment below 300℃.
