Products Description

99% ceramic sheath is produced from high-purity alumina powder through specialized equipment molding, high-temperature sintering, high-pressure grinding and other processes. The alumina content is strictly controlled at 99% ± 0.2%, with ultra-high sintering density. It can operate stably for a long time at 1500 ℃ and will not deform or crack even under short-term high-temperature impact of 1700 ℃. Mainly used to separate temperature measuring components from the external environment, protecting the components from corrosion, oxidation, and damage in air, hydrogen, steam, inert gases, carbon monoxide, or vacuum environments. Ceramic insulators are specifically used to separate different electrodes of temperature measurement components to prevent electrode contact and short circuits, and ensure the accuracy of measurement results.
