The 99 Ceramic sheath is mainly used to isolate the temperature measuring element from the outside, protecting the element from corrosion, oxidation, and damage in air, hydrogen, nitrogen, inert gases, carbon monoxide, or vacuum environments. Ceramic insulators are used to separate the different poles of temperature measuring components to prevent electrode contact and short circuits, ensuring accurate measurement results.
After sufficient sintering in the kiln, the phase transition of Al2O3 and ZrO2 produces a fine structure, and the unique formula prevents the ceramic sheath from yielding at high temperatures. We pursue dimensional accuracy while ensuring excellent performance.
99 alumina ceramic protective tubes are usually formed by hot pressing sintering, with a sintering temperature between 1650-1990 ℃. Due to its high hardness and brittleness, precision machining is required during the manufacturing process to ensure dimensional and shape accuracy. High hardness and wear resistance
The hardness of 99ceramic sheath is second only to diamond, which makes 99 alumina ceramic tubes highly wear-resistant and able to maintain a long service life even under harsh working conditions.

Alumina ceramics have a very high melting point, exceeding 2000 degrees Celsius, so 99 ceramic sheath can work stably in high temperature environments and are not easily deformed or melted.
