Product Introduction of Alumina Pipe

Alumina pipe is a high-temperature resistant ceramic product mainly composed of high-purity alumina (Al ₂ O3 ≥ 99%). This material is widely used in laboratory scenarios such as metal and non-metal sample analysis, high-temperature melt processing, as well as protection tubes for industrial high-temperature equipment furnace tubes and temperature measurement instrument thermocouples.

Alumina pipes are mainly used as linings for electric furnaces, separating heating elements from combustion materials and sealing the heating zone. HUAO's alumina pipes are widely used in coal, powder metallurgy, and chemical glass testing and analysis equipment. Our pipelines have corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance at high temperatures, as well as leak proof properties. The straightness, accuracy, and electrical insulation of the pipeline are good and qualified at 1650 ℃.

Thermal stability: able to withstand long-term use at 1600 ℃ (up to 1800 ℃ for short-term use)

Advantage

HUAO has independently developed a new discharge tube with two slots, which makes fixing the discharge tube easier. The user don't need to glue an extra accessory any more, it pre- vents the tube from falling due to the unstable connection. The discharge surface is designed ser- rated to make the discharge area larger. The center line of discharge surface is deepened to make it play the role of calibration during installation. The tube body is symmetrical and reversible. This design improves the qualified rate of finished electrode tube.
