Technical advantages
The dual slot fixed structure independently developed by Huao: We have designed a new type of dual slot discharge pipe to make the pipeline more firmly fixed. You don't need to use additional glue or accessories, so the pipeline won't come off due to loose connections when working at high temperatures.
Serrated discharge surface with calibration line: We make the discharge surface serrated to expand the discharge area and improve work efficiency. The deepened centerline on the surface serves as a natural calibration mark during installation, reducing installation errors and greatly improving the assembly qualification rate.
Symmetrical reversible tube: The entire tube is strictly symmetrical, so it can be used in reverse. This effectively extends the actual service life of the pipeline and saves you the cost and trouble of frequent replacement.
Precision extrusion molding: We use professional extrusion processing for pipes, so we can accurately control the diameter and length according to your needs. The thickness of the pipe wall is uniform, without uneven stress, and will not crack due to local stress concentration at high temperatures.

Our 99 alumina tubes do not contain unbound silicon, kaolin or activated alumina, have a low coefficient of thermal expansion, and have a longer service life than ordinary ceramic tubes. It is widely used in industrial and laboratory high-temperature scenarios:
