Technical Parameters
High purity alumina ceramic grinding balls are made from materials such as bauxite, roller powder, industrial alumina powder, and high-temperature calcined alumina powder with a purity of over 99.5%. They are processed through batching, grinding, powder making (pulping, mud making), forming, drying, and firing to produce finished balls. It has the characteristics of high density (3.6-3.9g/cm ³), high hardness (Mohs 9 level), and strong wear resistance (wear rate<0.01%).

Precision physical properties
Density control: 3.6-3.8g/cm ³ (92 ceramic/95 ceramic), upgraded to 3.85g/cm ³ with new technology by 2025.

High wear resistance
Wear rate ≤ 0.08 ‰ (95 ceramic), service life is 5-8 times that of ordinary steel balls.

High hardness
The Mohs hardness reaches level 9 (second only to diamond), which can efficiently grind high hardness materials such as silicon carbide and titanium dioxide.

Compressive strength
≥ 2250MPa (95 ceramic), suitable for high-strength working conditions of large ball mills

Fine grinding of positive and negative electrode materials for lithium batteries.

100% payment in advance, or 30% payment by T/T in advance and 70% balance payment against copy of the B/L.

Yes, the samples are all free, but you need to pay for the freight cost.
Which package do you usually use?
25kg per bag, 40 bags per pallet, total one pallet is 1 ton. Or iron drum. Also can be customized.
