Introduction

According to different alumina content, it can be divided into medium aluminum ball, medium and high aluminum ball and high aluminum ball.

Generally, we assign 60%-65% alumina content to the middle alumina ball, 75%-80% alumina content is called the middle and high alumina ball, and more than 90% alumina content is high alumina ball. Among them, the high aluminum ball is subdivided into 90 porcelain, 92 porcelain, 95 porcelain and 99 porcelain. Because of its extremely high production cost, few large manufacturers produce 99 porcelain in large quantities, and some special pottery factories mainly make it by hand.

Application

al2o3 ceramic ball is mainly used for finishing and deep processing of thick and hard materials in different types of ceramics, glazes, glasses and chemical factories. It is the grinding medium of ball mill, pot mill, vibration mill and other fine grinding equipment, and its grinding efficiency and wear resistance are much better than ordinary ball stone or natural pebble.
