It mainly utilizes the high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, strong acid and alkali chemical corrosion resistance, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, and extremely low chemical activity of alumina sintered corundum and network needle like structure mullite. Alumina beads, as chemical fillers and catalyst carriers, are widely used as catalyst cover support materials or tower fillers, ensuring a service life of more than 10 years. And it is widely used in the packed tower of coal chemical, natural gas chemical, smelting, environmental protection, fine chemical and other industries such as refining, coal refining, coal to olefins, petrochemicals, fertilizers, methanol, dimethyl ether, etc. At the same time, it effectively protects the catalyst from impurities in the oil that can cause catalyst coking and poisoning, prolongs the service life of the catalyst, and plays an important role in improving the operational efficiency of the device, improving product quality, reducing operating costs, ensuring normal and safe process operations, and saving energy and consumption.

They can withstand high temperature, high pressure, acid, alkali, salt, and various organic solvents, and have no chemical reaction with materials. And with a long service life, it is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, natural gas, and environmental protection. Especially suitable for high and low temperature conversion furnaces, conversion furnaces, hydrogenation converters, desulfurization tanks, and methanation furnaces in fertilizer and methanol plants. As a supporting material and tower packing for the catalyst in the reactor, it plays a role in dispersing vapors, supporting, covering, and protecting the catalyst. It can also be used in hot blast furnaces and heating conversion equipment in the steel industry.
