High alumina brick is a high-performance wear-resistant and impact resistant lining suitable for high impact and high-pressure applications. It has four types of alumina content (90%, 92%, 95%, 99%) and can provide graded performance to match different wear strengths. The higher the alumina content, the longer the hardness, density, and wear life, making it suitable for the harshest material processing environments. They can be made into standard rectangular bricks, or customized into curved, conical, and irregular liners for use in hoppers, pipes, elbows, chutes, and ball mills.

It has high bending and compressive strength, capable of withstanding heavy material impacts and high working pressures without cracking, shattering, or deforming.
2. High wear resistance
High alumina content can provide ultra-high hardness (up to HRA 90) and extremely low wear. The wear volume of 99% alumina grade is as low as ≤ 0.10 cm ³, which extends the service life by 10-20 times compared to steel lining.
3. Enhance the adhesion of composite materials
Rubber is vulcanized around and between alumina bricks and steel backing under high temperature and pressure. This permanent bonding eliminates brick detachment, even under severe vibration and impact.
4. Widely graded and versatile
Four purities can accurately match working conditions: moderate wear is 90%, severe wear is 92%, ultra severe wear is 95%, and extreme high temperature and high corrosion conditions are 99%.
5. Easy to install and replace
