Introduction
The composite wear-resistant ceramic lining plate is composed of alumina wear-resistant ceramics, which are vulcanized and embedded in a steel groove containing special rubber under high temperature conditions, forming a wear-resistant ceramic composite lining plate that is wear-resistant, impact resistant, and forms a corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant layer. Composite wear-resistant ceramic lining plates can be divided into two types: two in one composite lining plates (ceramic+rubber, ceramic+steel plate) and three in one composite lining plates (ceramic+rubber+steel plate). The three in one ceramic lining plate adopts a hot vulcanization process to vulcanize the reinforced ceramic sheet into a steel plate groove containing special rubber, which is equipped with countersunk bolts. This lining is a customized product made of composite materials of various thicknesses and shapes based on wear conditions, which can form a strong wear-resistant layer. The various material properties of the lining complement each other, with incredible wear resistance and impact resistance. Forming good wear resistance and impact resistance panels. Can be used in medium-sized wear and tear industries such as sand and gravel, mining, and other high impact areas.
The impact wear plate uses rubber as the adhesive. The rubber is pressed between the alumina brick and the steel backing plate. This process has high pressure, high temperature, and excellent bonding agent. This ensures that it is almost impossible to remove alumina from the board.
