HUAO's alumina powder has three types of alumina content: 92%, 95%, and 99%. It adopts a boron free high-temperature calcination process, combined with deep water washing to remove sodium ions and control harmful impurities at an extremely low level. Its stable alpha crystal structure ensures excellent high temperature resistance and mechanical properties. In the manufacturing of high-performance ceramics, refractory materials, and precision polishing materials, ordinary alumina powder often fails to meet requirements due to high sodium content, uneven particle size, low alpha phase conversion rate, and unstable batch performance. These defects directly lead to poor sintering, low density, insufficient insulation, and short service life of the final product.
