Ceramic fracture proppant is intended to produce maximum conductivity in fracturing stimulation treatment for oil and gas wells. Generally, it's sintered bauxite. Fracture conductivity is controlled by proppant pack thickness(volume) and proppant quality(roundness, purity, crush strength, ect). Characteristics of Ceramic fracture proppant
This product has the characteristics of high pressure resistance (52-102MPa), low density (≤ 1.65-2.09g/cm ³), high sphericity (>0.9), and chemical inertness (acid solubility ≤ 7%). It is divided into multiple grades based on crushing strength and bulk density, with common specifications covering the particle size range of 12-100 mesh. The production process includes standardized procedures such as raw material crushing, granulation, and high-temperature sintering, and different performance models can be customized according to the depth of the oil well and formation pressure.
Ceramic fracture proppants can be widely used for the fracturing transformation of deep wells and high-pressure oil and gas reservoirs. The product is mainly made of high-quality bauxite, which is crushed and finely ground into micro powder, mixed with various additives, repeatedly mixed, granulated, polished, and sintered at high temperature.
