1.Alumina Ceramic Tiles
Alumina tiles are high-performance wear-resistant and impact-resistant linings for high-impact, high-pressure applications. The cubic liner can be installed in the substrate or wear-resistant steel plate to provide structural support for the ceramic/rubber substrate, and provide superior wear life where competitive products cannot.
These lightweight materials have been used for many years in heavy industry as a cost-effective wear-resistant solution, with high durability, strength, and excellent wear and corrosion resistance. Alumina wear resistant compositions include:
l Alumina 92: most common wear product with great wear resistance
l Alumina 95: increased wear performance
l Alumina 96: premium alumina for best wear resistance
l Zirconium toughened alumina(ZTA): increased strength and impact resistance
