The 95 hexagonal alumina ceramic tile is made of a 95% high-purity alumina matrix and precision molded anti slip back groove. It has fundamental differences in stress dispersion ability and adhesive reliability compared to rectangular flat tiles and assembled mosaic liners. The Mohs hardness is 9, and the dense interlocking corundum crystal structure provides excellent wear resistance and impact resistance for long-term continuous operation. Its regular hexagonal contour can achieve seamless interlocking splicing, suitable for flat walls and curved hopper surfaces. This product is widely used in chutes for cement, steel, thermal power generation, and port industries.

When 95 hexagonal alumina tiles are impacted by falling ore, coal, and other bulk materials, they can evenly distribute the impact force to multiple adjacent tiles, rather than concentrating on a single rectangular tile like product. 2. Wear resistance and corrosion resistance
