Ceramic Lined Pipe

Alumina Ceramic Lined Pipe is a pipe type lined design made of alumina ceramic material. It is also known as aluminum oxide and is a highly durable and wear-resistant material used to protect pipes from wear and corrosion. A. Good wear resistance: the lining ceramic layer of the Ceramic Lined Pipe is wear-resistant ceramic, its hardness (HRA) ≥84, its wear resistance is more than 10 times that of the high chromium wear-resistant cast iron alloy pipe.

B. Corrosion resistance: choose different Ceramic Lined Pipe materials, have excellent corrosion resistance to different corrosive media, acid, alkali, salt and other strong corrosive media and halogen corrosion characteristics. 

C. Good high temperature resistance: wear-resistant ceramics themselves have a high temperature resistance of more than 1000 degrees Celsius, through reasonable design and the use of different composite ways, wear-resistant ceramic pipe can operate in the humidity range of -50ºC to 800ºC for a long time.

D. Easy installation and construction: This product is light in weight, can save 20-30% of steel compared with other pipes of the same inner diameter, and has good comprehensive properties such as heat resistance and mechanical impact resistance. It can be connected by welding, flange quick connection, etc., which is convenient for construction and installation and can reduce installation costs.
