Product Introduction

Ceramic Lining are fixed to the inner steel shell by welding or sticking to become the cushioned and strong wear-resistant layer. It is widely used to the storage tank and hopper for the transport system of thermal power factory and metallurgy and steel. It has firmly bonded with good heat resistance and impact resistance.

Feature:
1. High hardness
Ceramic Lining's Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90, just less than diamond but much higher than wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
2. Excellent abrasive resistance
266 times more than Mn-steel for abrasive resistance, 171.5 times more than high Cr-steel. Basing on the research and tracking with our client, more than 10 years at the same condition, using this alumina lining, it can be 10 times long life of machines rhan using Mn steel and hi-Cr-steel.
3. Light weight
The density is 3.6 g/cm³  which just half of the steel, Ceramic Lining can reduce the load of the machine.
4. Firmly bonded with good heat resistance
Huao lining use heat-resisting glue to stick with the inside wall of machines under 350ºC working long time without damage and also have another glue can work under 750ºC which is far ahead in China for its performance.

Ceramic Lining performance characteristics:

1. High hardness: Generally, the hardness is greater than HRA80 or more, and the highest can reach more than 92;

2. Good wear resistance: at least 200 times that of ordinary carbon steel and 10 times that of high-chromium cast iron;

3. Light weight: the specific gravity of alumina is generally only about 3.6, that of silicon carbide is about 2.7, and that of zirconia is about 6;

4. Good heat resistance: The heat resistance of different wear-resistant ceramics is not the same, but this product is used in the occasion of resistance to particle erosion, and there is no problem with heat resistance.
