The alumina grinding medium is made from high-purity calcined alumina powder through precision molding and high-temperature sintering. Due to its extremely high chemical stability, alumina ceramics can minimize pollution during the grinding process in different industrial processing environments, maintain dimensional stability, and reduce the frequency of downtime and maintenance.

Our HUAO products cover four standard alumina purity grades, ranging from 92% to 99.5%, using two forming processes: isostatic pressing and rolling forming, which can adapt to different working conditions such as coarse crushing, fine grinding, and equipment wear-resistant lining. Unlike ordinary low purity alumina media on the market, our product strictly controls the content of impurities such as iron oxide, optimizes the grain structure through precise sintering processes, and achieves the best balance between surface hardness and internal toughness.

In the cement industry, our Huaao products are applied in multiple stages of cement production: in the grinding system, alumina grinding balls are used as grinding media to reduce wear loss per ton of cement and improve the stability of cement particle size distribution; During the transportation of materials, the use of alumina wear-resistant ceramic lining can extend the service life of equipment from a few months to over 3 years.
In the coal mining industry, our alumina ceramic balls are widely used in coal mill inlet and outlet, primary air duct elbow, powder separator and other components. Compared with the original ordinary steel pipe, the service life has been increased by 5-7 times, reducing the frequency of pipeline replacement and shutdown maintenance.
