Products Description

High density tabular alumina corundum is the preferred aggregate for high performance refractories. High density tabular alumina corundum can be used in steel, casting, cement, petrochemical, ceramics, garbage incineration and other industries. Also can be used as electrical insulator, kiln and catalyst carrier. High dielectric strength, thermal conductivity or wear resistance required.

Application

1. Sliding spout

Good thermal shock stability and wear resistance, is the first choice of refractory materials for sliding nozzle. And sintered tabular corundum can just meet its requirements.

2. Ladle castable

With the continuous development of outside - furnace refining technology, the use environment of refractory materials in ladle is more and more demanding. The molten steel needs to stay longer in the ladle to be stirred, heated and eroded by different slags.

3. The fabrication

Prefabricated parts such as breathable brick, block, spray gun and impact plate are not only a part of ladle refractory lining, but also play a very important role in steelmaking process itself. The composite use of sintered tabular corundum, spinel and other refractory materials can improve the thermodynamic properties of refractory materials more effectively, that is, improve the wear resistance and erosion resistance.
