Products Description

 

We focus on controlling the roundness, internal density, and thermal stability of wear resistant alumina ceramic tubes throughout the entire production process to prevent cracking and deformation during high-temperature use. The entire process starts with strict screening of raw materials. We choose high-quality alumina powder and strictly control iron oxide impurities to avoid performance degradation caused by pollutants. After homogenization of raw materials and wet mixing, we adopted two targeted molding techniques based on pipe specifications: continuous extrusion molding for small-diameter pipes to ensure uniform wall thickness; Large diameter irregular pipes use isostatic pressing to eliminate internal residual stresses. After forming, the raw material enters the tunnel kiln for segmented gradient sintering. The maximum sintering temperature is set at 1620 ℃, with staged heating and slow cooling to promote the growth of dense corundum crystals, greatly improving the thermal shock resistance of the pipeline. After sintering, we perform precise grinding on both ends of the pipe to ensure that the flange assembly joint is flat. All finished products will undergo multiple inspections, including size measurement, hardness testing, and air tightness testing. Only fully qualified products will be packaged and stored, achieving complete traceability from raw materials to finished products.

1. High temperature resistance
Wear resistant alumina ceramic tubes can operate stably for a long time at 1600 ℃, far exceeding the temperature resistance limit of ordinary metal tubes and low-grade ceramic tubes. It will not soften, deform or collapse in high-temperature tube furnaces and glass production equipment, effectively avoiding equipment shutdown caused by pipeline damage.
2. Wear resistance
The Mohs hardness reaches 9, and the dense corundum tube wall can resist continuous erosion from high hardness particles, high-speed flue gas, and material flow. In powder transportation and high-temperature flue gas pipelines, its wear resistance is more than 20 times that of ordinary steel pipes, greatly extending the service life.
3. Strong chemical corrosion resistance
A stable alumina crystal structure can resist erosion from most acids, bases, and chlorine containing media. Specially suitable for chemical pipelines transporting aluminum chloride and corrosive flue gas, it will not rust or corrode like metal pipelines.
4. Ultra low water absorption rate
The internal structure has almost no connected pores, and the water absorption rate is controlled below 0.02%. It can effectively prevent liquid and gas media from penetrating the pipe wall, avoid internal structural degradation, and maintain stable performance in humid and alternating cold and hot environments.

1. Laboratory analysis equipment
It is the core matching tube for laboratory high-temperature tube furnaces and muffle furnaces, used for heating, analyzing, and melting metal and non-metal samples. Its high purity will not contaminate the experimental samples, and its stable high-temperature performance ensures the accuracy of experimental data.

Vacuum tube furnaces and atmosphere furnaces widely used in metallurgy and new materials industries.
