Products Description
Alumina ceramic wear tiles use aluminum oxide (AL2O3) as the main raw material. After high-temperature sintering, it forms a dense crystal structure with stable physical and chemical properties. It is non-conductive, acid and alkali resistant, and does not react with most industrial media. It can work stably under alternating temperature and severe impact, making it suitable for long-term use under harsh working conditions. Greatly reducing equipment failure rate, extending service life, and improving production continuity.
Unlike ordinary metal or rubber lining, alumina ceramic wear-resistant tiles will not deform, rust or peel off. It can be processed into standard rectangular bricks, irregular bricks, trapezoidal bricks, and curved bricks to accommodate pipes, chutes, hoppers, cyclone separators, and various wear-resistant components. It can be firmly bonded with epoxy resin or ceramic adhesive, making it easy to install and replace.
advantages
1. High hardness and wear resistance
The Rockwell hardness is as high as 88-90HRA, with excellent resistance to friction and impact. Its service life is 10-20 times longer than ordinary steel plates, effectively reducing the frequency of replacement.
2. High density, low wear
After high-temperature sintering, the internal structure of ceramic tiles is compact, with low porosity and minimal wear. 95% alumina grade has a wear volume of less than 0.30 cubic centimeters and is durable.
3. Strong corrosion resistance
Alumina ceramic wear tile has strong corrosion resistance to acids, bases, salts, oils, and other chemical media. It will not rust, corrode or react with materials, ensuring stable performance in humid and corrosive environments.
4. Smooth surface
The surface of alumina ceramic wear-resistant bricks is smooth and flat, reducing material adhesion and blockage, improving conveying efficiency, and preventing material accumulation in pipelines and hoppers.

FAQ
1. What industries are alumina ceramic wear tiles mainly used in?
They are widely used in industries with severe wear and corrosion, such as thermal power, steel, mining, cement, chemical, and ports.
2. What is the difference between 92% alumina, 95% alumina, and ZTA?
92% alumina is cost-effective under general wear conditions; 95% alumina has high hardness and wear resistance, suitable for severe wear; ZTA has higher toughness and impact resistance in heavy impact environments.
3. What thickness should I choose?
Determine based on material particle size, impact strength, and conveying speed. Common thicknesses include 6mm, 12mm, 25mm, and 50mm.
4. How to install and repair?
They are usually fixed by high-strength ceramic adhesives. For heavy-duty impact components, we can use adhesive and embedded structures.
5. Can you produce irregular tiles?
Yes, we can customize various shaped, curved, trapezoidal, and wedge-shaped ceramic tiles according to the drawings.
