Alumina crucible is an indispensable high-temperature resistant ceramic product in industrial production and scientific research experiments, and its performance directly depends on the aluminum oxide content of the raw materials. Our alumina crucibles are divided into three grades: 92%, 95%, and 99%. Different purity grades of alumina are matched with different high-temperature working conditions, which can fully meet the requirements of low, medium, and high temperature scenarios from 1600 ℃ to 1700 ℃.
Unlike ordinary refractory crucibles, our alumina crucible adopts innovative precision molding technology instead of traditional production methods, effectively ensuring the straightness, uniform wall thickness, and high dimensional accuracy of the crucible body. The internal structure of the sintering crucible is dense, which can resist thermal shock to the maximum extent, avoid cracking and deformation during rapid heating and cooling cycles, and maintain stable performance during long-term high-temperature use.

Suitable for smelting and casting non-ferrous metals such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, as well as high-temperature heat treatment of metal materials, resistant to the erosion of molten metals, and ensuring the purity of metal products.

Used for high-temperature reactions of chemical raw materials, melting of glass powder, and preparation of glass products, it is resistant to corrosion from most chemical media and glass melts, and has stable long-term performance.
Note
Aluminum oxide crucibles are fragile due to their poor toughness, so operators should handle them gently before use to avoid impact and carefully inspect them. Do not use cracked products.
Aluminum oxide crucibles should be thoroughly dried before use. If drying is carried out in an electric furnace, it must be ensured that the process is slow and there is no thermal shock. Aluminum oxide crucibles shall not be used in the furnace without heating and cooling rate adjustment, and the heating rate shall not exceed 50T/10 nuts. The maximum heating temperature of alumina crucible shall not exceed 1700 ℃.
