Products Description
The ceramic sheath uses high-purity alumina and mullite as raw materials. After sufficient sintering in the kiln, AL2O and ZrO undergo phase transformation, forming a dense structure. We pursue dimensional accuracy while ensuring excellent performance (Ceramic sheaths collection standards: JC/T508-1994, JC/T509-1994).
Mainly used to isolate temperature measuring components from the outside world, protecting them from corrosion, oxidation, and damage in air, hydrogen, nitrogen, inert gases, carbon monoxide, or vacuum environments. Ceramic insulators are used to separate the different poles of temperature measurement components to prevent electrode contact and short circuits, ensuring accurate measurement results.

1. Ceramic sheath must be completely dried before use to avoid cracking caused by rapid evaporation of moisture at high temperatures.
2. Uniform heating is necessary to prevent thermal shock during the heating and cooling process, ensuring uniform temperature changes. Avoid contact between high-temperature products and objects with large temperature differences to prevent cracks caused by thermal shock.
3. Although the maximum applicable temperature for reasonable temperature control is 1800 ° C, it is recommended to operate continuously at 1700 ° C to extend its lifespan.
4. Vertical installation and placement are preferred to reduce bending stress and prevent deformation or fracture at high temperatures.
