Wear resistance Tube

Wear resistance Tube is use glue to stick the lining inside the tube and weld the linings though the hole on the lining to fix it inside the tube and use ceramic cap to protect the weld point.

Advantage:
1. High wear resistance: inside the tube we use wear resisting ceramic lining with the HRA≥84, the performance is 10 times than the alloy lining.
2. Corrosion resistance: use different wear resisting ceramic can prevent damage from acid, alkali and salt etc.
3. Good temperature resistance: the wear resisting ceramic lining itself can work more than 1000ºC. After proper desighing and compounding, it can work long time with the humidity -50ºC to 800ºC.
4. Low cost: can replace stainless steel tube, high chromium cast tube and carbide wear-resisting pipe, it can reduce the cost and increase of the service life.
5. Good cost-effective: save the maintenance and repair time and cost. Low weight, easy to transport and install.

1. Wear resistance Tube in power station and boiler pipe, it including pipe for delivery powder, O-SEPA pipe, coal drop pipe, flame system I,II and III tube, slag discharging tube and others dry powder delivery tube.
