Square alumina ceramic mosaic tiles are known for their small square shapes (10 × 10mm to 25 × 25mm) and customizable designs. Unlike single ceramic liners or rubber sheets, these tiles are formed by sintering high-quality alumina powder (Al ₂ O3 ≥ 92%/95%/99%) at 1650 ° C to form a dense alpha alumina crystal structure. It comes in standard thickness (3-20mm) and rubber/steel backing combinations to choose from, with each tile having precise dimensional accuracy (± 0.5mm) and smooth chamfered edges to minimize material accumulation and friction between tiles. They are highly suitable for curved, irregular, or hard to reach equipment surfaces, providing seamless and durable protection against severe material wear and impact. As a multifunctional wear-resistant product, square alumina ceramic mosaic tiles are commonly used in the cement, steel, mining, and power industries.
