Before preparing to fill the tower with alumina ceramic balls, clean the tower of dust and debris. And according to the filling diagram in the tower, mark the filling height line of the ceramic ball and catalyst. For large scale construction projects, we should prepare cranes, hoists and other necessary machines. The staff who participate in the filling of alumina ceramic balls should have a clear division of labor and special responsibility to avoid confusion.

During the construction of alumina ceramic balls, when filling the first layer of the tower, care should be taken not to cause damage to other systems in the tower. After the first layer has been laid, the plane must be evenly tiled with a tool to ensure that the surfaces of the layer are on the same horizontal line. After completing the installation of the most important layer, the panels on the second floor should be laid by the construction personnel to avoid the horizontal movement of the ceramic dome layer when the workers stand directly on the ceramic dome top. In this process, it should be noted that the thickness of each layer of the alumina ball should be accurate and uniform, the surface should be wiped with a shovel or scraper, and the height should be consistent with the horizontal line marked by the road height.

In the construction of alumina ceramic ball packing, in order to facilitate the operation of the staff, low-voltage lighting should be connected to the tower. Before the operation, the staff should take off the easy-to-fall items, put on professional work clothes, and take other safety measures. The construction should be carried out strictly according to the construction drawing of the ceramic ball packing. One or two operators will enter the lower head from the manhole at the lower part of the synthesis tower, measure the height of the remaining space, and calculate the volume of the remaining space and the required number of ceramic balls. Finally, after the installation is completed, a careful review of the entire construction situation is carried out.
