This method is simple to install, suitable for large-area construction, and saves maintenance time. Because the matching ceramic glue is temperature-resistant to 150°C, it is mostly suitable for working environments at room temperature. According to different shapes, they are divided into flat lining boards, arc lining boards, trapezoidal lining boards, fan-shaped lining boards, large and small head lining boards, special-shaped parts, etc.

②Welded lining plate, there is a round hole with a large top and a small bottom in the middle of the welding lining plate. The lining plate is first bonded and then welded to the equipment through the welding hole on the wear-resistant ceramic lining plate. The welding points are protected by the cover sheet. , compared with the bonded lining plate, the steel bowl has stronger impact resistance and high temperature resistance, which solves the limit of the bonding being affected by temperature, and cooperates with the ceramic bonding to achieve a double guarantee. The welded lining plate is suitable for high temperature pipes ( 500℃) or parts with slight impact, such as dust removal pipes at the end of the kiln, inlet and outlet pipes of humidification towers, etc. According to different shapes, they are divided into flat orifice plates, arc orifice plates, reverse perforated arc plates, special-shaped parts, etc.

③ Dovetail slot ceramic lining plate, the dovetail type ceramic lining plate is fixed to the equipment through the guide rail to prevent wear. When using, weld the guide rail to the wear-resistant part and control the distance between the rails. Then snap the dovetail-shaped notch ceramic lining plate onto the guide rail and embed the ceramic along the direction of the guide rail to complete the installation. It is suitable for use as anti-wear lining on equipment that transports bulk materials and has strong impact in high-temperature environments (around 750°C). The shape of the dovetail includes flat dovetail and curved dovetail. The position of the dovetail notch is also different and can be customized according to needs.
