1. Increase the surface rubber area:

Impact ceramic lining plates are mostly used in combination with rubber. The impact resistance of ceramics is weak, but the impact resistance of rubber is strong. We can give full play to the advantages of both, using ceramics for wear protection and rubber for impact resistance. The specific operation method is to expose more rubber on the surface of the liner during the vulcanization process, such as leaving gaps or using round ceramic sheets. It should be noted that as the rubber area on the surface of the liner increases, the ceramic area will decrease. While the impact resistance will increase, the wear resistance will decrease. When using, it needs to be considered comprehensively based on the actual working conditions.
