Wear resistant ceramics are special corundum ceramics made from AL2O3 as the main raw material, rare metal oxides as the flux, and high-temperature calcination at 1700 degrees Celsius. It has the characteristics of high hardness, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and impact resistance. Wear resistant ceramics are a special type of wear-resistant material, and there are some precautions to be taken during transportation.
Today, we will explain them to you.
Wear resistant ceramic tiles are usually packaged in cardboard boxes lined with plastic bags to prevent them from getting damp. Some ceramic balls or small ceramic tiles can also be packaged in plastic coated woven bags. Large products like wear-resistant ceramic tubes need to be packed in foam bags one by one to avoid collision damage.
During transportation, it is not allowed to open the packaging to avoid moisture absorption and affect the effectiveness of use. And the transportation vehicles must also be waterproof, and ceramic goods cannot come into contact with oil or oil vapor.
Although wear-resistant ceramic lining plates have high hardness, they cannot undergo significant collisions, so the goods need to be palletized and fixed. During transportation, the speed of the vehicle should be controlled as much as possible to avoid damaging the ceramics.
