99.2% tabular alumina is processed using high-quality alumina as raw material, strictly filtering out excess silicon, iron, and sodium impurities, which is the basis for stable chemical resistance. Then send the qualified raw materials to a professional ball mill for fine grinding and particle homogenization. This step ensures the uniform particle size of the semi-finished product, avoiding performance deviations caused by uneven particles. After ball milling, the material is transferred to a tunnel kiln for continuous high-temperature sintering. We use gradient heating method without adding any sintering aids during the sintering process, which promotes the natural growth of plate-like crystals and prevents impurities from entering. After sintering, the large clinker is subjected to multiple layers of vibration screening, crushing, and grading. We divide finished products into various particle sizes according to customer needs. Finally, each batch of products will undergo comprehensive testing, including chemical composition, bulk density, porosity, and moisture content. Only products that have passed all inspections can be packaged and stored, achieving comprehensive quality control from raw materials to finished products.
