In 1995, Jinan Pingyin Lunai New Material Factory, established by Zhang Huiyou as the technical director, undertook the research project of "sintered plate corundum" approved by Jinan Science and Technology Committee, and started construction in July of that year. In order to develop national industry, break the monopoly of foreign products for the original intention, the use of industrial alumina as raw materials (in order to reduce production costs, but not the use of foreign A-alumina), the purpose is to produce resistant enterprises can afford to buy high-quality and cheap corundum products. In June 1996, THE FACTORY SUCCEEDED IN INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION OF SINTERED PLATE CORunDUM BY USING ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES SUCH AS LARGE CERAMIC LINER MILL AND ultra-HIGH temperature SHAFT KILN. The sintered plate corundum products have been tested by LUOYANG "NATIONAL Refractory Materials Testing Center". The physical indexes, chemical composition, phase structure and microstructure of the sintered plate corundum products are similar to those of similar products abroad. After being used in skateboard, breathable brick and other products by manufacturers of Wuhan Steel and Steel Co., LTD., the domestic plate corundum completely meets the technical requirements, and can replace the expensive foreign similar imported products (the price of imported products at that time is 8400 yuan/ton). From then on, China officially had its own sintered plate corundum. "Jinan Pingyin Luai New Material Factory" has become the first industrial production enterprise of sintered plate corundum in China, and Wuhan Steel resistant Material Company is the first batch use of domestic sintered plate corundum resistant material enterprise.
The product passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of "sintered plate corundum" organized by Shandong Science and Technology Committee on July 14, 1997. The appraisal expert of the material industry gave: "The use of petroleum liquefied gas ultra-high temperature shaft kiln industrial production of sintered plate corundum is the first domestic, product performance close to and reach the advanced level of similar foreign products, is a leading domestic level." Since then, the domestic Lunai plate corundum products have entered the domestic market quickly, such as Wuhan Iron and Steel Refractory Company, Tang Iron and Steel Refractory Company, Xinxiang Refractory Factory, Jinan Emei Sliding Mouth Factory and so on have used the sintered plate corundum products. Domestic sintering corundum production and use, strong to tame the foreign product price high, break the monopoly of foreign to the product, support the upgrading of domestic refractories enterprise products, major contributions to the authors for the refractory material enterprise efficiency, industry associations and users spoke highly of, provides domestic refractories with quality and cheap raw material, for the country save a lot of foreign exchange.
In 2000, THE "NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REFRACTORY MATERIALS INDUSTRY" TOOK THE FACTORY AS a KEY support unit and planned to invest 20 million yuan to expand to 20,000 tons of production capacity. In 1999, SHAANXI HAN ZHONGNAN ZHENGBAI CORUNDUM FACTORY SET UP A PROJECT WITH ZHANG HuiYOU, WHO LEFT LUNAI, AS THE TECHNICAL PERSON IN CHARGE, TO "IMPROVE THE PRODUCTION LINE OF SINTERED CORUNDUM WITH AN ANNUAL OUTPUT OF 4000 TONS", WHICH WAS APPROVED BY SHAANXI ECONOMIC AND TRADE Commission. In order to promote the rapid development of national industry, to meet the domestic demand for tabular corundum refractories enterprises, and quickly form a domestic production capacity of sintered tabular corundum, and market competition for foreign companies, in April 2002, headed by Zhang Huiyou formed the zibo tai co., LTD., bailey, aluminum and magnesium and launched the annual output of ten thousand tons of sintered tabular corundum products production line, It was finally fired into production in March 2003. Its products quickly opened the domestic market, Henan Punai, Shangyu independent, blue and white two Nai, Henan Boma, Tang steel and other sintered corundum demand larger companies have used the company's products.
To meet the growing market demand, Tebelier built two new production lines in 2008 with a capacity of 50,000 tons. After several years of continuous exploration and improvement, the product quality has been steadily improved. The guaranteed volume density value of tabular corundum products of Taibelier Company is greater than 3.55g /CM3, and the typical value can reach above 3.6g /CM3. Now in addition to the domestic market, the tabular corundum products of Taibelier also occupy a certain share in the international market. At present, more than 30 countries and regions have used their products, including some well-known multinational enterprises like Vesuvius, Magnesium, Morgan and so on. With the increasing usage, Tebelier's plate corundum products have stepped out of a long time monopolized by foreign countries, and then break the monopoly, counter-marketing the world's glorious path.
