Installation material: The installation of ball mill lining generally adopts 425 # above silicate white cement and a small amount of 107 # glue as the binding agent.

Installation steps: Before installation,the inner surface of the ball mill should be cleaned first,and then follow the steps below:

① Install the ball mill from the end face,use straight bricks at both ends,and then use a certain number of straight bricks to match the installation,the gap between the lining bricks should be less than 2mm.

② After installing both ends,then install the barrel.The barrel is used with straight bricks and oblique bricks to ensure that the bottom surface of the lining brick is closely attached to the inner wall of the barrel,and a certain number of half bricks and thin bricks are appropriately used.Cooperate with the installation cylinder.

The specific installation method of ceramics is as follows: first install straight bricks,then match the corresponding straight bricks or diagonal bricks according to the proportion,so that they are alternately arranged until the next row,if the straight bricks cannot enter,then install the thin bricks,and the gap is made of white cement Feng Yan.Because the installation accuracy of different construction personnel is different,it may cause deviations.Please ask the construction personnel to install according to the construction drawings.
