1, alumina ceramic hardness

By the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, its Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90. Hardness is second only to diamond, far more than wear resistant steel and stainless steel wear resistance.

2, alumina ceramic wear resistance is very good

Measured by the Institute of Powder Metallurgy, Central South University, its wear resistance is equivalent to the manganese steel 266 times, high chromium cast iron 171.5 times. According to our more than ten years of customer tracking survey, under the same working conditions, can at least extend the service time of the equipment more than ten times.

The main difference between alumina ceramics and ordinary ceramics is that the raw materials of ceramics are strictly selected, that is, to obtain as much as possible to meet the requirements of the high purity of the original family, and the particle size of the material as fine as possible. The second is precise control of its chemical composition.

3. Alumina ceramics are light in weight

Its density is 3.5g/cm3, only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the load of equipment.
